Our History

1. 1974William Leupitz founded Silverton Pest and Termite Control in Silverton, Oregon.
2. 1981His son Mike took over and renamed the business Leupitz Contractors Inc., expanding services in pest control and construction repairs.
3. 1988Leupitz Pest Control and Leupitz Contractors officially split into two separate companies.
4. 2002Leupitz Inspection Services Inc. was launched to focus on the growing demand for full-home inspections.
5. 2005The companies relocated to a two-acre facility between Salem and Portland to better serve the growing customer base.
6. 2015Leupitz Contractors Inc. became independent from the Leupitz family of companies.
7. 2019Leupitz Inspection Services Inc. became independant from the Leupitz family of companies.
8. 2025Steve and Nicole Brock took over Leupitz Pest Control making it a third generation family owned business.
